Transfection is the Way
By Joji Varghese Kuncheria

There is an Abel and Cain rooted in,
Playing hide and seek deep within,
Abiding inside where thoughts are,
The spirt inside you has the key.

The key to lock the door of evil,
And to release the good virtues,
It all originates in the brain of all,
One playing tantrum to the other.

Enrich your mind with things good,
With the best of things you desire,
Turn your foot away from evil ideas,
Such thoughts can cause you harm.

Set your mind right, not to pervert,
With evil ideas put forth in any name,
As fantastic ways to reach the abode,
Are fanatic ways to  reach doomsday.

Many a sages have given their lives,
To the right cause of love and peace,
The lives sacrificed thus for mankind,
Are there for us to emulate for good.

Strive hard for the coveted peace,
Which we all lack now in this world,
The right to live in peace and harmony,
Cannot be quenched by any evil Cain.

Evil is so rampant on the planet we live,
That even the good Earth is not spared,
The landscape once all lush and green,
The gigantic trees once its pride, gone.

The cokoo sound once hovering the air,
Is now a lullaby of the past decade,
We have transcended fast to a culture,
That is alien to our cherished values.

There is no escape route, none other,
Than to embrace values once cherished,
Let love, peace, goodness and kindness,
Be the fruit of the spirit, our inner man.
