  My First Love

Who drives me towards my destiny?

Who makes my life worth a living one?

Neither riches or desires unending,

Nor is it power or worldly pleasures,

It's You, my Love, only my first love,

Who leads me on and on to the goal.

My first love will never ever change,

To you I owe my life, my whole being,

I'm lost and shattered now without you,

My life sways shaky like a pendulum,

Swinging back and forth under gravity,

The spirit that surged me on is gone.

Back to you is not an easy coming,

Filthy as I am, forlorn and forsaken,

I long to be in your omniscient fold,

To be immersed in your eternal love,

Lead me to the fountain of my life

Of unending pleasures worth living.

You are only a call away to my beckon,

With wide open arms ready to embrace,

How I long to be secure in your arms!

To be imbued in your love and be safe,

I cry out to you, the elixir of my Love,

Lead me to the shore of my dreams.
